The Finance Committee has considered:                                                               
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 175                                                                              
    "An Act making an appropriation to the Alaska Industrial                                        
    Development and Export Authority for power projects; and                                        
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 175(FIN)                                                                  
    "An Act making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c),                                        
    Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget                             
    reserve fund to the Alaska Industrial Development and Export                                    
    Authority for power projects and to fund the power cost                                         
    equalization and rural electric capitalization fund; and providing                              
    for an effective date."
